My I Pad won't connect

my ipad has go to my pc installed but when I press the connect button all I get is the continuous circle . My ipad won't connect to my pc. Any ideas?

Hi Natalie,

Do you know if the GoToMyPC iPad App is up to date? Can you connect to your Host computer from another computer/device? Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the iPad App?
