I have one user when they remote into their host computer it only shows one monitor connected to the host computer. However, I am physically at the host computer and the same Display Settings page shows me two monitors. I'm not even sure how it's possible that Display Settings shows something different being physically at the PC or being in a remote session in GTMPC.
I wind up having to reboot the host computer or reset the graphics driver (win+ctrl+shift+b), then the user needs to log out and log back in. It's very frustrating since the host computer clearly has 2 monitors extended.
@RI1 Can you give us the PC model and display attachment type for further investigation?
@RI1 Thanks, in order to look further into this, can you also say how the monitors are attached to the Host PC? Is there a laptop doc involved somehow?
