My company of about 85 people have been working remotely since April. We have intermittent and variable performance issues, mainly very slow response/lags and as we have a single IT guy it's almost impossible for him to do what is necessary to track it down. We also do not want to burden our users with having to look at teh Session Perfromance and then figure that out. Does Citrix/LogMeIn/GoToMyPC provide any corporate level performance monitoring? If not, does anybody know companies out there that could provide this service?
