I have two users who were in Gotomypc this morning, then lost connectivity. Attempts to connect to their machine now get the error message 'Sorry, we were unable to connect to your computer. Please try again in a few minutes'. This happens to any authorized user who attempts to connect- they click the connect button, then get that message, whether they are the machine owner or an authorized shared user.
I have restarted the Gotomypc service on both boxes. The problem still happens.
