Support cases

Where can I see all the cases for our organization? Open, closed, etc.

Hi @awphillips,

 

Currently, we do not have a way to provide that level of visibility, but it is something we are looking into. We have been trialing a My Cases option that let customers view their support tickets and statuses, and we have received feedback from account admins that would like to see all of the tickets associated with their accounts and users.
