So far this morning three of my company's gotomypc users have reported that the text message code hasn't been sent or come through when they tried to log into gotomypc. The automated phone service worked but no sign of the text code.
I am aware that the text code is an older option and that one-touch authentication is available now but these are users who have objected to adding more apps to their phone.
@J.1 I'm sorry to hear about the failure of SMS codes. Is this problem still affecting users there?
If so, then Customer Support can email the affected users instead of GoTo sending another SMS attempt.
Only one user has had the problem since, and she was able to get in after a few minutes.
@J.1 I think the original problem was with a third party MFA provider, Telesign. I'm sorry we didn't have this linked to our status page at all. Have you considered using the LastPass MFA app as an alternative in this case?
