Unable to use keyboard in Adobe

Trying to work remotely for the first time. I'm running a PC and logged into a Mac. Everything works fine, except within Adobe. Just tried typing numbers in InDesign and it will not work, no response. Numbers work fine out of Adobe. I was told I need a Mac keyboard, but is there a way to get this to work?

 

UPDATE: Keyboard is working within InDesign. Keyboard not working during creating a NEW DOCUMENT, in the new document window. I don't know if GoToMyPC has to contact Adobe about this issue.

Hi @JP_KM 

Can you specify what operating systems are in use for the client and host PCs? 

Also please note the GoToMyPC version installed, and any external keyboard connections like wireless hardware etc.
