Upgrade pop-up

i am getting and upgrade popup on my desktop. I click ok it upgrades then it comes up again how do i stop that or what am i doing wrong.

Hi Josh,

It sounds like the automatic upgrade process is not functioning correctly, you may need to do an uninstall and reinstall.

Can't complete installation of new version of Gotomypc.


For over a month I have received pop-up notices about a new version of gotomypc. I click "yes" to download the new version, it shows that it is downloading, it completes, then nothing happens - installation screen never appears. I am using Windows 7, and the "about gotomypc" function says I am using version 7.2 build 626.
