iPad won't connect

When I try to connect on my iPad, I just get the rotating circle then it times out and says it lost it's connection with my homepc (except it never connected in the first place).

The iPhone app works fine. I'm using the same wifi on both. All apps and software have been uninstalled and re-installed. It worked fine for months until yesterday.

I am having a similar issue, Log me in on iPad and when I try to connect to my desktop it times out on connecting. It also shows that the connection to my desktop is "on session" on the main screen of the log me in app (on the iPad) but still doesn't allow me to view and control the desktop. 

Any assistance would be great. Thank you

@Alex9094  Dan you tell us what iOS version the client is running, as well as the GoToMyPC desktop version of the Host PC?
