terrible lag when using GoToMyPC despite excellent speedtest.net results on both ends

I keep getting the little message at the top of the window indicating that there is some internet connectivity issue, and there's terrible, and I do mean terrible, lag.  Scrolling doesn't work, windows take 3-4 seconds to refresh, keystrokes are like working with an old 300-baud modem.  Speedtest.net gives 94Mbps down and 93 Mbps up on the other end, and my own speeds are 57Mbps down and 63Mbps up.   I've attached a tracert to poll.gotomypc.net run from the other end and here are the results from my end.  How can I troubleshoot this?

Hi @mrblint 

Those times shown there are within the limits of acceptable connections.  Have you already checked out the GoToMyPC Connection Wizard to see if a better port can be utilized?
