was given a temporary password that now tells me it is expired. toyed with trying my old password no response. What do I do now

I want to use what I am paying for and can't log in.

I'd suggest resetting your account password. To reset, please click here to visit our password reset form. Submit your GoToMyPC account email into the reset field and our system will send you an email with a link for resetting the account password.
