While doing a training on a dual monitor, we shared an excel spreadsheet on the left monitor, which it recorded. We stopped sharing it and just had cameras turned on the rest of the training, but the entire recording is just of the excel spreadsheet, even after we stopped sharing our screen. Has this happened to anyone before? Is there a setting or some other steps that need to be taken to make sure this doesn't happen again? We've never had this issue before and use this set up a lot. It's always been able to automatically record peoples' cameras without any additional steps on our part. Any insight or help would be great! Thanks.

@ContinuingEdBLD It could be a failure of the cloud recording storage or conversion. I would host a test session now, broadcasting your webcams and desktop to see if the problem persists. You can also file a case with Customer Support to see if there's any chance of recovering the webcams by re-converting the original cloud file.
It sounds like you are simply missing the webcam feeds for this event? If so, are you saving the recording online, or on the local PC?
Yes, we were missing the webcams feed in the recording. We save the recording online and have it set to record webcams as well. It's strange as this has never happened before, and it always successfully records cameras. Could there be a setting somewhere else or some type of block on the computer itself? We use Windows 10
