We have had 3 separate issues, with unconnected participant groups, who have previously had no issues joining GTT for regular training sessions suddenly not be able to access sessions. These have occurred over yesterday and today. We reached out to GTT support and have been advised no changes or updates have been made in recent days that should cause this. The individuals have checked with their IT teams and are being told they have not made any changes either so at a bit of a loss as to why the sudden issue. I feel sure updates/changes must have caused this (either across well used other IT services or GTT). Is anyone else experiencing this with delegates ?

Can you provide some more details about what these attendees experienced? Did they describe what happened after they clicked on their join links, did they see any error messages?
I do not have any more specific details just that they could not get in and had previously not had any issues

It is difficult to say what happened without more information. Our 24/7 toll-free support is available for attendees as well, if any of the affected attendees have another session coming up they could call us and try to join a test session with one of our representatives.
