Can't approve registrants in the usual way

Hi,

I manage my association's webinars, and I always manually approve registrants because attendees must be certified members of our association. I need to go through roughly 500 names before Thursday, but GoToWebinar is not letting me approve registrants in the usual, efficient fashion of ticking the boxes off next to their names and hitting "APPROVE." It just reloads the page, says an error occurred, and keeps their registration pending. I tried calling support, but I was on hold for 45 minutes. I gave up. Now here I am.

I'll quickly add that I can individually approve registrants by clicking on their name and then hitting APPROVE... but for God's sake please don't make me do that to all 500
