Chat feature not helpful
Is anyone else frustrated with the restrictions on the chat feature in GTW? We often want the ability for our attendees to put information in the chat to share and be seen by all the attendees. But there is no way to do this. Are there any plans to expand the chat functionality to allow attendee use? Also, as an organizer, I wasn't able to pin a chat from an attendee, only organizer messages. Example: I had a chat with an attendee, they supplied some useful information, but I couldn't pin it for everyone to see. Any suggestions or workarounds to make it more interactive? Hi Community, I’m using GoToWebinar and have integrated it with my CRM to automatically sync registration data. While the integration initially worked, I’ve recently noticed that some registrant details are not being pushed to the CRM. Only a portion of the data appears, and it’s inconsistent across multiple webinars. Here’s what I’ve checked so far: Verified that the integration is active and the API keys are correctly configured. Ensured that all mandatory fields in both GoToWebinar and the CRM are properly mapped. Reviewed the logs, but I don’t see any specific error messages indicating why the data isn’t syncing. Could this be related to recent changes in webinar templates or CRM updates? Is there a way to manually re-sync missing data or check for API rate limits? Any insights on troubleshooting CRM integration issues would be greatly appreciated! Long time we use GoToWebinar Classic version, and now we crossed over to new experience GoTo :) We create the same web room, our clients enter it, we transfer them to "Panelist" and after they have finished their speech, performance, we on our side as Organizer cannot turn off their webcam only mute the microphone. Hello, I read that with GoTo Webinar Standard, one can set up a password for participants to join the live event/webinar. Hi all, When I wanted to renew a monthly GoToWebinar subscription, I was asked to update a payment method in the GoTo Admin centre, but when I am in, only a GoTo logo shows in the middle of the page and the page is not loading.
