I have tried to access the billing portal today but it keeps showing the following. I tried to contact support but it doesn't show any email/chat options. It says "Error ACCESS DENIED. Currently there is no option to create/change the static thumbnail of a webinar recording. In a recent recording that we shared with our audience, post webinar, the thumbnail displayed one of our presenters with their eyes closed, and we had no way of changing this. The year is 2024. Hi all, I wonder whether it is possible to configure a survey as followed: Multiple choice answers where the last answer is "Others" and one can enter an individual text When the result of a survery is displayed it only the percentage numbers should be shown, not also the absolut numbers. Hi, I'm trying to approve a registration via The GoToWebinar REST API, but there's no way to update a registration listed in the documentation here https://developer.goto.com/GoToWebinarV2#operation/createRegistrant. The confirmation email sent to attendees for a recorded sessions has two bullets, on is incorrect and one is confusing. The first bullet says: "Joining from the browser is not available for this session." Per your website, and a phone call with support, this is incorrect. A browser is the preferred method of access. The second bullet says, "If you'd like to join via mobile app instead,download our free GoTo mobile app and use the webinar ID above to join." But there is no Webinar ID on the entire email. I called GTW support and they confirmed there is no webinar ID for recorded webinars. Please update this email confirmation for recorded sessions. Theres a new survey popping up at the end of all my webinar asking about the quality of the service. This is creating alot of confusion with my candidate viewers since they already have to fill out mine as well. This is also reducing the number of my responses since my viewers are unsure which to fill out and also ads alot of time for them having to fill out now 2 lengthy surveys.Please have this survey removed from all my active webinars and any future ones created. In a webinar, we're able to tag questions as answered, follow-up, etc. However, these tags are not reported in the Q&A report which makes it kind of pointless to mark them as follow-up since we can't see which ones to follow up on later. Hi Community, I’m using GoToWebinar and have integrated it with my CRM to automatically sync registration data. While the integration initially worked, I’ve recently noticed that some registrant details are not being pushed to the CRM. Only a portion of the data appears, and it’s inconsistent across multiple webinars. Here’s what I’ve checked so far: Verified that the integration is active and the API keys are correctly configured. Ensured that all mandatory fields in both GoToWebinar and the CRM are properly mapped. Reviewed the logs, but I don’t see any specific error messages indicating why the data isn’t syncing. Could this be related to recent changes in webinar templates or CRM updates? Is there a way to manually re-sync missing data or check for API rate limits? On a related note, when dealing with post-webinar editing tasks, I’ve found tools like CapCut to be incredibly useful for creating polished recap videos. Furthermore, if you are into capcut video editing then you must know that capprocutapk is providing mod version of the capcut app. if you’re sharing webinar highlights on social media, CapCut’s editing features, such as trimming and transitions, make it easy to create engaging content. I am trying since a couple of weeks to reach the support desk concerning the change in our Gotowebinar and gotomeeting subscription but no one is reponding at all. And we can't change anything to our subscription in the portal eventhough I am the administrator for our company.
