Anyone have experience with Interprefy translation services?
Does anyone have any experience using Interprefy along with GoTo Webinar? I need to be able to generate French subtitles for English language webinars in real time. Our webinars often have multiple speakers, so the PowerPoint workaround will not work for us. I discovered Interprefy here: https://www.goto.com/integrations If anyone out there has figured this out, I would greatly appreciate hearing what your solution was. I am currently having issues with the dark background. Talked to customer support and their currently isn't a fix for this. The issue is currently in one of the monthly meetings for people with disabilities, a few individuals are having issues with the black theme with white lettering. Is there any work toward having the normal white background with black lettering with the new webinar format? Hello everyone, We will be running a recorded webinar on 3/27. However, we usually like to keep our webinars to around 30 mins, and this latest one is a little over an hour. So we'd like to break the video into two parts. Ideally, we'd like to run the first part, and then have the second part automatically send to all registrants who attended the first part. I know there's an option to do this through the follow-up email feature, but the soonest it allows us to send is one hour after the end of the presentation. We want to send it immediately. For years, I've been using https://dashboard.gotowebinar.com/ to log-in and create/manage my existing webinars. It was a blue background and always had my upcoming webinars, recordings, etc. Today when I went to log-in, my saved link reverts me to a "My Account" page (https://myaccount.goto.com/products) that says, "You are an account admin. Please navigate to the Admin Center to manage users and account settings." I'm not sure what this page is or why I'm being taken there - I seem to only be able to make profile changes, which I don't need to do. How can I get access all my old data (including webinars happening tonight), etc? I tried searching the help, but I can't seem to find an article that relates. I've also tried accessing several links directly, but they all revert me back to this Admin Profile page. Hi GoTo Hive - we were pulling attendance reports for videos in one of the channels and I noticed the farthest back you can go is 2 years. Hello GoTo Community, To avoid technical issues during live webinars, we schedule a "tech trial" with panelists beforehand to ensure they can access the platform, share their screens, and use their audio/video without problems. Issue Timeline: Feb 10: We held a tech trial, but the panelists could not access GoTo. To their credit, they researched the issue and suggested using the "new" version of GoTo instead of the "classic" version. Feb 21: We switched to the new version and conducted another tech trial. This time, everything worked perfectly—panelists could access the platform, turn on their cameras and microphones, and share their screens without issues. Mar 7: We scheduled a meeting to discuss the webinar running order. The panelists, proactively, suggested using GoTo again to double-check the tech. However, despite everything working fine during the previous trial, they could not access the platform—encountering the same issue from Feb 10. On both Feb 10 and Mar 7 the panelist was met with the same error message stating: "COULD NOT JOIN SESSION – An unknown error has occurred." Request for Help: As far as I can tell, nothing has changed on our side, so I’m unsure why the issue has resurfaced. were met with the same issue they encountered during the first tech trial Has anyone else experienced this? Hi Colleague was trying to register to the webinar planned in more than a week from now. He went thru the registration form, after clicking register, instead of registration confirmation page he was directed to the recording of the webinar from the last year. The registration did not happened, as the colleague was not on the registrants list. When he repeated the process, it went well, confirmation page was shown, he was on the registration list. I was not able to reproduce the issue, my other colleague as well. I had already twice information, that something is not working correctly with the registration process, however for different event. Therefore I have the question: - have any of the community members experienced problems with registration not working correctly? - have any of the community members experienced situation, in which the registration leads to the recording? - what can be done to avoid mentioned situations? Users with MacBook Pro computers with the touch bar are allowed to FF, REW and PAUSE etc. using the scrub bar for simulated live webinars. This defeats the purpose of the feature. Hi, I have 2 items here and hopefully someone from GoToWebinar can answer this. 1. I am trying to change my card and it seems that the system asking me to update in the admin center. When I navigate to the admin center, i could not see any payment method option or card icon as per user the user guide documentation. Plus, it mention that i have no access. I am the super admin: 2. Since i have this issue no 1. I am trying to raise a support ticket and as usual, we need to fill in form. I am surprised that there is no option for Malaysia. Plus, it is so frustrating that we cannot reach the support via email. With this how am i going to reach out to support regarding the payment method issue.
