Problem with webinars with more than 2,000 participants

Does anyone else have a similar problem?
With the new system, webinars with more than 2,000 participants do not work. Everything freezes, nothing can be shared, the audience cannot see the presentation/hear/see the cameras.
Support is not helping and says it's my internet connection. The problem only appeared with the new system.

    Hi Zuziannaa

Thanks for the additional information. I see that you have been in recent conversation with customer support, and there is an internal investigation who will follow up with you.

    Hi,

I already had a test, and yes, we had three webinars with close to 2,000 people, and then the whole application froze. It is impossible to share presentations, and the cameras and microphones do not work.

Hi Zuziannaa good to see you,

Thanks for working with our support team.  I’ve reviewed your support ticket and see there has been difficulty coordinating times to run tests with our support team. We can look into finding someone in a closer time zone to better assist you.

Regarding your concern about having more than 2,000 attendees causing issues with the GoTo Webinar app, having thousands of attendees should not cause any problems with the app. I’ve also reviewed your webinar history and did not see any sessions with 2,000 attendees. Could you clarify if you’re referring to attendees or registrants? Could you share the webinar ID where you experienced this issue? This will help us investigate further.
