Switching between the Classic Experience vs New Experience
Some months ago we "upgraded" from "classic" experience to the "new" experience. Hi, is there a problem with the recording editing today (11/09/25)? I am trying to edit a webinar recording from yesterday (10/09/25). When I close the preview window (having checked my edits) so that I can save my edits the screen goes totally blank. When I refresh my screen I am returned to the original unedited recording so all of the editing is lost - v frustrating. This has happened 3 times so far today. I've logged out and back in. I've tried at different time points. If you can let me know when the system is back to working as normal, that would be great. Audio problem in video in presenters PowerPoint presentation
Hi! My presenter in my last webinar played a short video embedded in her PowerPoint presentation, but although the mp4 video itself was good quality, we couldn't hear the audio. It was muffled and inaudible in places. Unfortunately she added the video at the last minute, so I wasn't made aware during our Technical/practice run. The video plays perfectly in the stand alone PowerPoint, and I've also played the video separately in a test webinar and it is good. She says it works perfectly in Teams and Zoom. Wbinar by phone calls. No PRESENCE in the final report.
Hi all, I report the problem that at the end of the webinar session, the attendance report is generated. Anyone who uses the phone call instead of the web connection isn't put in the PARTICIPANTS LIST. Why this? It generates problems later in the face of providing a certificate. How can this bug be solved? The access code generated is associated with the registration name, therefore it should be unique for the user who participates. Thank you in advice for suggest. What happened to Live Q&A during Webcast/Recorded events?
Earlier this year, around February, we were running some "simulated live" test events using pre-recorded videos using the Webcast/Virtual Events options. During the tests and organizer was needed and it allowed for live moderated Q&As. I don't see an option for live Q&A's anymore under "Recorded" or "Virtual Events" options. Tried reverting to classic GoToWebinar and still no options for live q&a's, it only has the option for questions to get emailed to you at the end of the webcast.SolvedHelderG4 months agoNew Member76Views1like3Comments
GoTo Webinar - how to hide all attendees?
I see there is an option to hide attendees in the GoTo Meetings, but I do not see that as an option in GoTo Webinar.
