Audio problem in video in presenters PowerPoint presentation
Hi! My presenter in my last webinar played a short video embedded in her PowerPoint presentation, but although the mp4 video itself was good quality, we couldn't hear the audio. It was muffled and inaudible in places. Unfortunately she added the video at the last minute, so I wasn't made aware during our Technical/practice run. The video plays perfectly in the stand alone PowerPoint, and I've also played the video separately in a test webinar and it is good. She says it works perfectly in Teams and Zoom. Wbinar by phone calls. No PRESENCE in the final report.
Hi all, I report the problem that at the end of the webinar session, the attendance report is generated. Anyone who uses the phone call instead of the web connection isn't put in the PARTICIPANTS LIST. Why this? It generates problems later in the face of providing a certificate. How can this bug be solved? The access code generated is associated with the registration name, therefore it should be unique for the user who participates. Thank you in advice for suggest. What happened to Live Q&A during Webcast/Recorded events?
Earlier this year, around February, we were running some "simulated live" test events using pre-recorded videos using the Webcast/Virtual Events options. During the tests and organizer was needed and it allowed for live moderated Q&As. I don't see an option for live Q&A's anymore under "Recorded" or "Virtual Events" options. Tried reverting to classic GoToWebinar and still no options for live q&a's, it only has the option for questions to get emailed to you at the end of the webcast.SolvedHelderG3 months agoNew Member63Views1like3Comments
GoTo Webinar - how to hide all attendees?

Hi - we have exceeded two years since we published a boat load of videos and now are unable to pull viewership reports for trainees. We've recently switched over to Hubspot for all our registration forms and noticed an influx of responses from webinar registrants saying that they didn't receive their confirmation email. It looks like the integration is all connected properly in real-time and the users are shown as registered in GotoWebinar, so I can't see why the confirmation email isn't being triggered. Multiple sessions of a webinar, but only one ics to download
Hey, we usually schedule one registration page for one event. But now we have three sessions we want to promote under one registration page. Set-up is easy, but we only get one calendar link (ics) to download, only for the first session. I attended the Hitting the Reset Button webinar today and for about 30 seconds - lost WIFI signal. I was able to rejoin and finish the webinar. Usually when I complete the webinars, I receive my certificate promptly. I still have not yet and wonder if its due to my moment of disconnect. Has anyone else have experience in this scenario?
