Glitch with recording editing

Hi,

is there a problem with the recording editing today (11/09/25)?

I am trying to edit a webinar recording from yesterday (10/09/25). When I close the preview window (having checked my edits) so that I can save my edits the screen goes totally blank. When I refresh my screen I am returned to the original unedited recording so all of the editing is lost - v frustrating. This has happened 3 times so far today. I've logged out and back in. I've tried at different time points.

If you can let me know when the system is back to working as normal, that would be great.

    Have you a timescale for this issue to be fixed? This is now urgent for us and I doubt we'll be the only ones unable to edit....

    Thank you for reaching out and providing these details. Sorry for the frustration you’re experiencing with the editing feature today.

    There does appear to be an issue with the preview function not saving edits as expected. Our team is aware of the problem and is actively working on a fix. I've added your report to the internal ticket. 

    As a workaround, if you are confident in your edits, you can save changes without using the preview button. In this case, you may want to consider downloading the original video before making edits, just in case you need to revert.
