Can't access the GTW dashboard

I’m trying to access https://dashboard.gotowebinar.com, but I keep getting redirected to https://myaccount.goto.com/products, which only shows a blank page.
I've tried multiple browsers and devices, including U.S. and EU VPNs (I'm not based in US), but nothing works

    Understood, thank you. It sounds like you are experiencing an issue that we experienced yesterday, but was considered resolved. Could you please call our toll-free support so they can investigate and gather browser log files for our engineering team? https://support.goto.com/webinar/contact

    Hi Glenn, thanks for getting back to me. First, I use a different email for GTW account. Second, it's not a problem with the login process - the login page itself redirects me and doesn't load. So I can't even enter my credentials to proceed to the dashboard.  Actually, at first, it showing the message "We're experiencing issues, check back later", then takes me to a blank page with URL "myaccount.goto.com/products". Tried different browsers, devices, wi-fi networks - to no avail. :( And my US-based teammate can access the dashboard with the same credentials without issue.

    Hi SergeD, welcome to the community.

     

    I have reviewed your account support@xxxx.com and it currently has no product licenses assigned to it, so you will need to talk to the Admin on your account.
