Hi Glenn, thanks for getting back to me. First, I use a different email for GTW account. Second, it's not a problem with the login process - the login page itself redirects me and doesn't load. So I can't even enter my credentials to proceed to the dashboard. Actually, at first, it showing the message "We're experiencing issues, check back later", then takes me to a blank page with URL "myaccount.goto.com/products". Tried different browsers, devices, wi-fi networks - to no avail. :( And my US-based teammate can access the dashboard with the same credentials without issue.
