Change live webinar to recorded webinar?

I have scheduled I live webinar with active registrants.

I'd like to now use recorded content. What's the best way to get this done? I want to minimize confusion and new  emails to registrants.

Re: Change live webinar to recorded webinar?

Hi @marnicarmi, welcome to the community.

The easiest way to do this with minimal impact to your registrants is to use the Share Video feature. Upload the recording to your scheduled webinar, and then when you start the webinar share the recording instead of sharing your screen. Your attendees will see the recording playback as a live webinar and you also have the option for live Q and A at the end.

Change upcoming live webinar to recorded

Hi there,

I have a upcoming live webinar scheduled for next week. There are over 50 people registered. We have now decided to pre-record the content as one of our panelists is not available on the day. How can I covert the webinar from "live" to "recorded". Is this possible without loosing the 50+ people who have registered?

Has anyone experienced this before?

Thanks

David
