I am using the ATEM Mini Pro by Blackmagic Design for switching between multiple camera sources during meetings. The device has a USB webcam output that has always worked with Skype, Teams and in the Camera app on my Windows 10 laptop. In Device Manager on the laptop, the ATEM Mini Pro shows up under Cameras without any issues. I am now trying to use it for a webinar and it doesn't seem to be working in the GTW and GTM clients. In the Webcam section of the Preferences window, it says "Failed to initialize your webcam". On the ATEM Mini Pro I have tried all the different video resolutions (i.e. 1080p60, 1080p30, etc.) but no luck. I've also updated the ATEM Mini Pro to the latest firmware but again no luck. Is there a known compatibility issue with the ATEM in GTW or am I just missing a setting somewhere?
