We experienced some audio problems with our webinars. Some participants couldn't hear while others had no problems.
So far we asked them to click on "no audio" and then again "computer audio". Sometimes it helped them but not successful for everybody.
1. Can you let us know if this is a problem due to excessive connections on your side? Or overload of your network?
2. Is there anything else we can advice the participants
