Hi,

I have an update on this issue and why it seems to affect only some Mac users. It appears that some MacBooks have their microphone located very near one of their speakers, this causes issues with the echo cancellation in the audio so it mutes the speaker.

Why does it do this even when the local mic is muted?

I am also having this issue.  Mid-2015 Macbook Pro, OS X Sierra.  Are there any workarounds? It says my microphone is muted.

I have the same issue on the new Macbook Pro with Touchbar.  How do we get hold of G2M to resolve?  Really need both speakers to hear if in a larger room

I have this problem, too. MacBook Pro, mid-2012, OS X 10.10.5. GotoMeeting team, please fix this.
