We are in a live session and had the auto-transcription setting toggled off from the dashboard, but are still seeing transcription. I confirmed with GTW support that there is no way to turn off auto-transcription once the session has started. This would be helpful to have as the only other option is to stop and restart the session which would require all attendees to rejoin.

Thank you for the screenshot, to me this looks more like closed captioning. While we are running a private beta test of CC in the GoTo App currently with a few customers, it can be enabled and disabled in session from the Presenter's tool bar. Depending on what application you were using for your slide show, PowerPoint, Google Slides and even Chrome have closed captioning features that will display live.
Hi @IAMSInc, welcome to the community.
Can you please provide some more details about your webinar and how you were hosting it? The transcription feature applies to webinar recordings, not live sessions.
Hi Glenn! We were hosting a Standard Event and presenting fullscreen slides via screen sharing. Below is the view during the session and on our recording. Support told us this was a potential glitch and the only option was to ask all the attendees to rejoin, close the session and restart it with auto-transcription toggled off from our dashboard settings.

Thanks Glenn, looks like that resolved it! We appreciate your help
