Hi Fran_Simon we were unable to find any issues using the Webinar key provided. A few questions for the first issue where the recording wasn't received:
- Was this for all devices, desktop, PC, Mobile?
- Approximately how many customers did not receive the email link?
- Can you provide a screenshot of the email? This would help us crosscheck in the backend to see what happened.
On the second issue:
- is it possible to send a copy of the email the way it was received and the way it should look for comparison?

Fran_Simon the second issue with the hyperlinks has been resolved. For the first issue, are customers still not receiving the link to your presentation?
