Hi,
we have 2 GoToMeeting Business plan and 4 GoToWebinar Lite seats.
We don't use 1 of these 4 GoToWebinar Lite seats, so we want to remove from our subscription.
So, I suppose that first of all I have to remove/disable 1 GoToWebinar Lite product from the account/email that don't use it in the user manager page, in order to have 3 of 4 GoToWebinar Lite licenses used.
Then I have to go in the billing section, modify the subscription plan of GoToWebinar Lite in order to decrease the seats of 1 unit.
The question is: how can I be sure that the seats I'm removing is the one that is not assigned to any users?
What if LogMeIn delete a random license, loosing all reports and records inside it?
This takes to another question: all the old webinars are connected to a seat, or to an account/email?
The support is not clear on how the removing seats works, can you help me about that?
