Share videos streaming in Webinars
Hi all! Could you confirm if the webinar video sharing functionality is only for the PRO plan? Or is it also available for the Basic plan? We need to play a video without audio in conjunction with ...

Hello Chris! thanks for your answer.
The Lite plan is the so-called Starter on the price list.
We have tested the trial version, running a video and the streaming is extremely slow.
The option to share video by preloading it from Share does not work for us either.
We regret not being able to give webinars with this modality.

Hi MaraBalari
I looked up your account and you are currently in the free trial period. The GoToWebinar Lite plan does not include video sharing, you would need to select a Standard plan at least to get this feature.

Hi Glenn! good morning
I appreciate your response.
We have a Gotowebinar corporate account with the email Mbbalari@bas.com.ar but with the expired license.
I asked for the test session with the mail marabelen@bas.com.ar, because we need to prove that the Starter application works by sharing streaming videos in the webinar.
Our company is in financial trouble and we cannot pay another month of the application without this functionality being useful.
In the event that this does not work, we are forced to use another tool that generates Webinars.
We did a test with the trial application not using the Share option and there is a delay of 2 or 3 seconds.
The question is: Are you sure that the Starter version system supports streaming video playback? Or do I have to ask for the PRO plan?
Thank you in advance for all your collaboration! :)- Chris Droessler6 years agoRespected Contributor
