Temporary concession - Coronavirus

We would like to know if GoToWebinar will grant temporary upgrades of webinar atendees during the Corona pandemia. This would be a great way for GoToWebinar to contribute with the global efforts to retain the spread of the virus.

What do you mean by "grant temporary upgrades of webinar atendees "?

Do you mean to upgrade the number of attendees you can have in one session?  Like if you have  a license for 100 attendees, you can temporarily upgrade that to an attendee limit of 500?

I do not work for GoTo, but I'll bet if you call them (800 514 1317) and ask real nicely, they just might do that for you.  They will hope you get used to the higher limit and will want to keep it that way permanently.

Due to the high volume of demand right now for GoTo services, do not be discouraged if you have to wait on hold a long time to talk to someone.
