Please have the new survey asking about gotowebinar quality survey removed
Theres a new survey popping up at the end of all my webinar asking about the quality of the service. This is creating alot of confusion with my candidate viewers since they already have to fill out mine as well. This is also reducing the number of my responses since my viewers are unsure which to fill out and also ads alot of time for them having to fill out now 2 lengthy surveys.Please have this survey removed from all my active webinars and any future ones created. Hello, i represent an educational organisation in Greece which uses a lot the Gotowebinar platform. We are dedicated customers for many years. The issue we are facing is that the webinars we organise are in Greek language but we cannot provide Certificates also in Greek language. I am sure many users around the world would have similar problem. So I would like to suggest the upgrade for more available language options in the Certificates. I am sure this option would benefit a large number of worldwide customers and it something that i guess has not so many technical difficulties. We met an hour before a webinar to make sure everything was setup and working as intended. We were met with an update that critically failed for 4/6 people in the room. Where are the release notes on this? The views are completely different, camera sharing doesn't work, and content had to be reshared multiple times for it to show up. The delay now feels a lot longer and is not smooth. When sharing the camera it initially shows the camera and then throws an error saying GoToWebinar is having technical issues. I checked a community post from yesterday and a CS agent shared a screenshot from the old organizer view. Did this update go out today? I will add the "release notes" area on this site leaves a lot to be desired. The confirmation email sent to attendees for a recorded sessions has two bullets, on is incorrect and one is confusing. The first bullet says: "Joining from the browser is not available for this session." Per your website, and a phone call with support, this is incorrect. A browser is the preferred method of access. The second bullet says, "If you'd like to join via mobile app instead,download our free GoTo mobile app and use the webinar ID above to join." But there is no Webinar ID on the entire email. I called GTW support and they confirmed there is no webinar ID for recorded webinars. Please update this email confirmation for recorded sessions.
