On one particular Windows 10 pc via Central, it shows a user logged in.
On the pc no user is logged in, after starting / stopping Logmein or reboot same result.
Another user also logged into the same pc and now it shows two users logged into this pc.
How can I correct this?

If you've already rebooted that PC, then seeing a user still listed as connected is not normal. Are you able to get someone to that location physically to see if there's a problem with the PC itself?
The pc has been working normally with no errors, as far I can see.
I had the user uninstal Logmein, reboot pc and reinstall, this afternoon.
It all seems to working properly at the moment.
I can log in and when disconnected, it shows no user connected.
I will continue to check it is behaving itself and will close the case in a few days if still ok.
LMI Support - This has seriously been an issue for the past three years we've used LMI. When using the Central Page the green icon continues to show a user is logged into the server but no one is connected. There needs to be a refresh period or something built into the application that refreshes the Central page.
