Central shows user logged into pc, on pc no user logged in
On one particular Windows 10 pc via Central, it shows a user logged in. On the pc no user is logged in, after starting / stopping Logmein or reboot same result. Another user also logged into the sa...
Problem is still occuring.
Anyone have an idea what is wrong?
If you've already rebooted that PC, then seeing a user still listed as connected is not normal. Are you able to get someone to that location physically to see if there's a problem with the PC itself?

The pc has been working normally with no errors, as far I can see.
I had the user uninstal Logmein, reboot pc and reinstall, this afternoon.
It all seems to working properly at the moment.
I can log in and when disconnected, it shows no user connected.
I will continue to check it is behaving itself and will close the case in a few days if still ok.
LMI Support - This has seriously been an issue for the past three years we've used LMI. When using the Central Page the green icon continues to show a user is logged into the server but no one is connected. There needs to be a refresh period or something built into the application that refreshes the Central page.
- yep in my environment i still get the green pc for about 8-10 mins after disconnected, i've just had to get used to it
