A user on a client computer is receiving a message from Chrome that secure.logmein.com redirected them too many times. Chrome suggests that they clear their cache, which they've done without success.
They're trying to get logged in to download the installer for the windows client app.
Any suggestions?

Rebooting can also have a positive effect on Attendee join flows. in this case though, I would probably see if they can launch an incognito / private browsing window to test GoToMeeting again in Chrome. Ask if they have any other browser apps installed like a firewall / security plugin.
Thanks for the response. After posting this, I discovered that the user was installing from a Mac and a second user reported the same issue. One changed from Safari to Chrome and was able to install. The other received the same message from both Safari & Chrome; I resolved that one by sending them the dmg file by email.
I wouldn't have thought of using an incognito window to get around some of those issues. Next time!
