LogMeIn Access code configuration problem

Hi,

Trying to set the access code for a site but am unable to do so. Each time the code is successfully changed in Control Panel I am unable to use it and instead have to use the Windows credentials. Not exactly a pain point for ME but the customer is unhappy. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hi Ash,

I managed to find a solution for the issue I was having. LogMeinRemoteUser has to be a member of the administrators group on the PC I was having issues with. Once I added that membership, I was able to set and use an access code.

Sorry for the trouble updating those credentials.

It sounds like this is only affecting one of your clients currently? 

If you're still in front of this PC, have you been able to reboot and test again?
