Had the same issue, so I enabled ports 45565 UDP and 45566 TCP on BOTH sides (clients), in Hamachi Advanced Configuration. Then restarted LogMeInHamachi Windows Service on both computers. Also, I disabled Windows Firewall profiles, and on EACH of them (domain,private,public), in "Protected Networks", unchecked "Hamachi".
Now got it working fine, hope that helps somebody. Sorry for my english.
I had same problem that i solved today. All solutions that I could find on internet were failure, so you can try this if you are in the same situation. I have windows 7 and my friend have windows 10 and we were connected through relayed tunnel so we tried everything we could find on internet but hopeless. So we went to hamachi properties (right click on shortcut)>Compatibility and then check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and set it to Windows 7, so now we are both running hamachi on windows 7 configurations and that gave us direct tunnel. I need to mention that he dont have any antivirus and I deleted Kaspersky and Avast like 2 days ago, I am not sure if that have something to do with our hamachi connection and I would not suggest you to do that just for hamachi but yea... I hope I helped someone
