Get-PSDrive or New-PSDrive doesn't work in Command Prompt

Hi, when using the Command Prompt function in LogMeIn Pro web portal, get-psdrive doesn't retrieve the same drives as get-psdrive on PowerShell running locally on the user's machine. Same with new-psdrive, doesn't map a new drive on the machine either. What is happening and how to troubleshoot?
