Not receiving password reset e-mail

Hi,

 

I'm trying to log into an old account but i don't receive the password reset e-mail. I've checked junk in case it has filtered into there but no luck. I've also checked with our IT but  can't see why it wouldn't be coming through.

 

the account is  marc.baker@acornintegrated.co.uk  any help would be appreciated.

You may want to create a case with Customer Support to confirm your ID and manually reset the password, considering the account has been inactive for some time:  https://support.logmeininc.com/central/help/how-do-i-contact-support
