Unable to Log In

Good afternoon,

 

I have been trying to get into LogMeIn since 8:30 this morning and am unable to.   Now I am receiving a message that my account is locked.  

 

Can you assist, please?

Hi Kelly,

The lockout should be only temporary.  If you continue having trouble however, you may consider resetting your password to regain access.
