can't use mouse and keyboard remotely with my phone

Im trying to connect remotely using my phone with the logmein app and a keyboard and mouse Bluetooth through Samsung Dex, but can't click anything most of the time, just once was able to click but screen was kind of turning off and on and took ages to do any actions.

Any solution for that?

    Hello!!!

    It's 2024 and I have the same problem, I can't use my mouse on Android to control remote PC with LogMeIn, use LogMeIn with Dex or just Android interface with a fisical mouse is impossible
