I have a LogMeIn Pro account for years. I just purchased the latest iPad and when I access my LogMeIn account and get taken to my office desktop, I an unable to enter my password on my desktop. I’ve tried using multiple browsers but I cannot get my cursor to work in the password box in order to enter in a password. I’ve never had this with any other mobile device. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Can you confirm what operating system the host PC is running?
Are you able to test the mobile functionality with any other hosts to confirm the issue is local?
It looks like a re-install of the LMI software on your iOS device resolved the issue there?
