I want a refund
구독을 취소를 하려고 만기일인 7일까지 기다리고 있었는데 6일인 오늘 결제가 됐습니다.
I was waiting until the 7th, the expiration date, to cancel the subscription, but the payment was made today, the 6th.
한국에서 전화 연결을 통해 문의를 할 수 있는 방법이 없어 여기로 문의 드립니다.
There is no way to inquire through a phone connection in Korea, so I am inquiring here.
