Does anyone know how to make the multi monitor option available on the toolbar? I've literally tried EVERYTHING and nothing seems to be working.

Can you say how the host displays are attached to the both computers?
Is there anything under the Options menu?
I also don't have the Multi Monitor Option on my toolbar...
@MBotticelli Is there any more information you can share, like the Pro version installed and hardware + OS set up?

Can you tell us more about the computer setup and what you are connecting to and from?

I have 2 monitors at work and 2 at home. when I'm home the monitor option is not available on my toolbar.

IT people did the set up. How would I know if they installed the desktop client?
both PC's are using Windows
this is the first time I'm using the software.
Hi @franlaconti You should have the the client app downloaded and installed to connect to the host to have multi monitor available.
This article explains how to launch the client app and how to download it if it's not available.
