After a computer hardware failure, I needed to reconnect to LogMeIn Pro with a new system. When I attempt to log in with my existing credentials, however, I am confronted with a message that says I have no more active subscriptions. But I can find no way to transfer the subscription from my old system to the new one.
In the list of computers for which I have subscriptions, my old system shows as "Off line," but I can see no way to delete the old system or transfer the license.
