icons on desktop get rearranged when I log in remotely
Hi
I have a client who always complains his desktop icons get rearranged every time I connect to his PC remotely.
This has happened on two PC's Windows 10Pro and Window 11Pro.
Im using LogMeIn Pro
Anyone experienced anything similar? Any ideas?

Have you noticed if the client's screen resolution changes when you connect? This could be the cause.
