Is the Technician console compatible with Catalina?

Do you expect this update soon?  

That referenced page says it is expected in the next 60 days - but doesn't say when the item was posted - at least a month ago.

Can the article be updated to be useful?

Thanks for your reply, but we have already upgraded to Catalina. I would've thought LogMeIn would be participating in Public Betas in order to ensure their software is compatible with the latest releases?

In any case, we will wait patiently for the new release.

I am also after a working version of the Technician Console for MacOS Catalina.

We're not yet fully compatible with the newest Mac OS, and expect to roll out updated software in the next 2 weeks.  Apologies for the delay, and you may use RescueAssist (web) in the meantime.
