Call History Clearing Feature
While we can delete recent calls on the desktop phones, it would be helpful if there is a feature that allows us to clear unwanted call histories in the mobile/desktop APP, so we can choose which call history to keep and clear the remaining spam call histories.2.3KViews7likes7CommentsDownload text message thread
We have staff who regularly have text message conversations with clients. They would like to be able to download the thread to save as a text file or some format that they can review on their computer. This does not currently appear to be possible. The current notification system for messaging is too passive, and we often don't see that it is there for several minutes. If this is about an incoming call, and we don't respond quickly, that call is usually completed before we respond. Currently the GoTo Connect Windows application launches in the foreground over all other apps anytime it reauths my account. This is incredibly disruptive and irritating. This needs to occur in the background. I suggest the application launch in the Windows tray and auth my account in the background. It sure would be nice to have an audible beep sound on your computer speakers when there are users waiting in queue. Mitel Contact Center interface had this feature and it was very helpful for users whom are multi tasking to know there are callers waiting in queue. This would be nice to have on a Dashboard Computer when the queue reaches a curtain number of callers in queue to Alert the entire Call Center when Queue is being overrun by callers. We need to be able to zoom into photos / images that are received via MMS within the goto connect app. Currently we are forced to download or take screenshots so that we can perform this process. This is not practical also not all received images/photos need to be downloaded instead just looked at and discarded. Please give us the option to just zoom in/out of an image within goto. I would like to see a list of all calls that come in and Ring to a ring group and if it was missed and went to voicemail of not. I keep the GoTo desktop app open all day, every day. I also keep the GoTo desktop app icon pinned in my taskbar so that I can easily get to it. I would love it if the icon in the taskbar showed a black dot when I am on Do Not Disturb. Sometimes, I forget that I am on DND, and the visual indicator would really help me. Update... I can see the super small dot on the taskbar icon (if I look super closely). In the GoTo desktop app, there is already a way to select Do Not Disturb with two clicks. I would love a one-touch button in the top right corner to be able to set DND with one touch. Many times I am in an online meeting and a GoTo call comes in that I can't answer. It would be helpful to simply touch a DND button in one touch/click so that I'm not disturbed during my online meeting.9Views1like0Comments
