My question is this: Is there a way to turn on \ allow User Profiles on the machine to be enabled remotely? Or best to just manage the User settings setup via GUI. Re: Android app on Samsung S20 - Green Artifacts (unusable) LogMeIn for Mac OSX is minimal at best as it appears if ignored completely by the team. So I wouldn't hope for much with mobile App support. I would consider the idea of a laptop if needing to work mobile. Personally, I have tried to LMI Android on a LG phone and works fine. Try changing the resolution or to B/W to see if it removes the artifacts. Re: Lock Keyboard and Mouse issue I do not see any issues with Trend on my end. I did notice too that having to enable LMI specifically in the Preferences settings fixes this issue. It is an OSX issue with Mojave having end users have more control over app privacy. I do see issues similar to this in Mojave for Backup solutions (Backblaze, Mozy, etc.) Re: Lock Keyboard and Mouse issue The LMI is fully updated and has tried reinstalling twice since. Officially, is LMI supported on the OSX Mojave platform? Re: Lock Keyboard and Mouse issue Hi Ashe, If you could, can you remove the solution solved as I accidentally clicked on the "Solution Solved". Re: Lock Keyboard and Mouse issue Noo, same issue when the Trend micro is turned off as well. Re: Lock Keyboard and Mouse issue Ahh sorry. Trend Micro Worry Free Business is the solution. Lock Keyboard and Mouse issue Since the new Mojave update, and LogMeIn update added to the permissions (since the popup), when remoting into a machine, the input does not work (keyboard, mouse). The end user is able to type and provide mouse inputs, but this is not the workaround needed. Any workarounds, solutions?
