What's the deal with the hike in prices
You are going to lose customers. I don't ever recall this being comunicated, but regardless it's pretty bad. I know there is a reason you do not allow cancelling subscriptions through your website. When i started my personal pro subscription it was $99. Thenin one year it jumped from $99 to $249. Shocking but I hung in there. Then I get a bill this year and it jumped another $100!
