BRING IT BACK PLEASE TILL YOU FIX THE NEW ONE I amhugely disappointed that you have stopped the classic gototraining app and forced us to install the new gotoapp - WHICH DOES NOT EVEN SUPPORT GOTOTRAINING any more. Yet another reduction in the classic functionality with your insistent move to gotobranding, = further reduction in services and functionalities for trainers. The classic functions which are missing in the new gotoapp, if appauling...just not ready and with loss of huge amounts of functionality and now to cap it all, they just revoke an app which was invaluable for trainers when they are out in the field, to check their upcoming schedules and no of attendees...for whatwas a great app for the trainer. See confirmation from support to confirm Per our conversation, you are no longer able to use the old GoToTraining mobile app since it has now been fully migrated to our new GoTo interface which is not allowing you to see your GoToTraining account nor who has registered to your sessions. I've consuted with our Level 2 Department and unfortunatelyunfortunately this is the expected behavior with the new GoTo. It looks like the new GoTo interface will only be used by the attendees who will be able to join the trainings as well, however the organizer will need to use the desktop app or web version in order to schedule or manage their trainings. I understand you used to check your upcoming trainings with your mobile app but unfortunately that is no longer a feature. Clients are being treated with contempt, yet another example of putting the gotoapp out with hugely reduced functionality. WHAT A WAY TO TREAT YOUR CLIENTS. SO ANNOYED!! SolvedRe: Attendees got disconnected from session Weirdly, I was in a session since 10.30am and just got a message to say the trainer has closed the session! This was only after 2.5 hours! we are in the workshop till 3.30pm this afternoon. I did not close the session and the pop up message, was a gototraining panel. My deleagte was still in the session at the time. I am not sure what happened her end, as we called on the phone and decided to use this closing of session now to go to lunch, but this has happened before! Sometimes there is some inactivity whilst we work on case studies and regroup (not using break out), - is there an automatic close if no use for a period of time.? Annoying to not even give you a warning, other than to just close the session mid way. I have seen another post about this, but the other way, the delegates were booted out. Certificates woefully ignored by GTT I have posted this recently, and notice same requests going back to this as far back as 2016!!!!! and no action or even reply from Gototraining PLEASE COMMUNITY CAN YOU COMMENT IF YOU HAVE SAME VIEWS AND GOTOTRAINING ATLEAST REPLY PLEASE. They apppear as hyper links in the email copy to trainer, but crucially, the follow up email which goes to the delegate, does not view them as hyperlinks, ie so they have to copy and past the links to complete feedback or google review, as additional step. Gototraining agenda creation In the invite, which we create, it would be great if we could bold text or make italics as some agendas are long and it would help to segmentlike you can here and in many other software. Colours would be great too 🙂 Currently the only way to highlight something is to PUT IT IN CAPITAL LETTERS, which is not ideal. I have requested this many times, so I hope now this will be officially logged. Many thanks Eileen Follow up links not appearing as url links ,and can you add the time for no of hours for evidence We have been asked by to support to request this feature again , along with my request for you to add to the certificate, the length of time attended for evidence of the number of hours , as delegates need to access url links and also have proof of no of hours attended for cpd. Forgive me for my reservations, but for months you told me here that paypal integration should work and it clearly did not after months of pain and time and cost... Can I confirm what "any time soon" means, and assurances that when you make any changes to the api that you ensure they will not have a detrimental affect on the current api ability for my delegates to pay as they go on my website currently (again after many months of painstakingly paying my web dev to work with yours as the standard api kept breaking, but now as we finally have it working, I do not want it to break again). I am very cautious and concerned and want to ensure that the api integration continues for the long term (as long as I am a paying client of gototraining). I look forward to hearing from you.
